| Please refer to the policy of the airline company regarding any changes in itinerary before the departure date. A-Kind follows the airline company policy regarding changes of flights without exception. |

[ Changes of outbound flights ]
• If changes of outbound flight are allowed by the airline company policy there will be a change fee by the airline company plus a $150.00 handling fee by A-Kind.
• If changes of outbound flight are not allowed by the airline company policy A-Kind cannot authorize any changes. |

• If changes of inbound flight are allowed by the airline company policy please contact the airline company to make any changes.

| Make changes of your reservation |

Please call our customer support center during the business hours up to one day prior to the departure date. No changes can be made outside of our business hours. After the scheduled departure date there are no changes.
All changes must be made by phone. Changes made by e-mail or other communication will not be accepted. The phone number and business hours of the customer support center will be e-mailed to you once you have purchased a ticket on-line. |
